Flow is the home of Google Veo — the most transformational filmmaking technology of our generation. Built by filmmakers, for filmmakers. Creative Lab spent over a year building the brand identity, strategy, and in-product experience. As part of this, I had the opportunity to bring the wordmark and icon into motion.
Inspired by the responsive blurs that shepherd the user’s product experience, I experimented with different visual metaphors for what creating with Flow feels like.
The final motion language was crafted to embody forward momentum and infinitude, welcoming creatives to the boundless potential of generative AI, where everything can become anything.
